Probably our new favorite place! Everything was absolutely delicious...perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and the right proportions. A lot of other places put too many potatoes in their breakfast burritos but NOT here....LOTS of meat! We will definitely be back and since our son goes to school around the corner we’ll probably be having him pick up dinner pretty often once school starts! The murals on the walls are stunning and I love that they have a little “store” area in the back of the dining room with clothes, purses, jewelry, hats, etc...handmade in Oaxaca!
Daddy's Taco, is my place to go. They are open 7 days a week; open from 7am to 3pm and the food is superb. They have a physical local at 4840 Mill St. Suite 8, Reno, NV 89502. The quesabirria tacos are some of the best. These are beef tacos and they are good size. The flavor makes your mouth water even more than the smell. It comes with the juice for dipping; which has a robust flavor and compliments that tacos. I highly recommend this place and would consider it one of the best. They are also having a motorcycle raffle for a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan. The raffle will be held on April 1st. Rules are: everytime you come in and eat; you get a raffle ticket to put your name and number. So don't hesitate to come on down and try this beautiful hole in the wall.
I’ve had Daddy’s Tacos both from the food truck and the restaurant—always a solid choice! The carnitas and birria tacos are my go-to, but I also really love the sincronizada and Mexican pizza. Great customer service every time. You can tell they care about their food and the community.
Absolutely loved the quesabirria tacos! Super flavorful and delicious! I am SO thankful I found this place before returning home from vacation. The cheese seems to be grilled all on its own before being put inside the tortilla. I freaking loved them! I could eat here every day if it wasn't almost 2,000 miles away from home! I'll be back anytime Im in the Reno area!
I’ve had great experiences with both Daddy’s Tacos food truck and their restaurant! Most recently, I had a business lunch at the restaurant, and the service was quick and efficient, perfect for a busy day. We all different types of burritos, and the food was absolutely delicious. Over the summer, we visited Food Truck Friday with friends from out of town, and they couldn’t stop raving about the quesabirria tacos—they were a huge hit! Daddy’s Tacos has consistently delivered great service and amazing food. Highly recommend!
As good as the Daddys Taco Truck always has been, their restaurant is even better. Every kind of taco we had today was so full of flavor, tender as can be..and just absolutely delicious. The staff was quick, the restaurant was clean and our meals were wonderful. I recommend to everyone who loves great tacos, burritos, tortas, breakfast items or your favorite meat over fries. They had much more on their menu so I know we'll be back.
If you’re looking for HUGE portions, this is the place to come! This was my first time coming to Daddy’s tacos and I have to say this is by far some of the best tacos I’ve ever had, this is very close to some of the tacos I had in El Paso, so juicy and so much flavor! Don’t sleep on this place it’s EXTREMELY Hidden so be careful when driving by!
Ordered delivery - met Matti through the Chamber of Commerce. We do tacos etc. at least once a week. Matti said they were amazing and she wasn’t lying. the food was INCREDIBLE. Best Mexican we’ve had in our 2 years living in Reno so far. Spicy, jam packed with flavor, authentic. New favorite!
